Lions Clubs International Multiple District 325, Nepal proudly hosted a grand banquet in honour of International Director Lion Rajan Lamsal on 15 July 2026 at Hotel Radisson, Kathmandu, celebrating his remarkable leadership and commitment to Lionism. The special occasion brought together distinguished Lions leaders from across Nepal to congratulate and welcome the International Director as the new Lion Year 2026–2027 officially commenced.
The banquet was graced by the presence of PDG Lion Indu Lamsal, GAT Area Leader Lion Shambhu Prasad Ghimire, LCIF Area Leader Lion Arun Pratap Rana, Past International Director Lion Sanjaya Khetan,Past International Director Balkrishna Burlakoti, and Lion PDG Dhana Raj Acharya, Mayor of Pokhara Metropolitan City, along with members of the Multiple District Council, District Governors, Past District Governors, and other respected Lions leaders.
The event also marked the beginning of the new Multiple District Council Team for Lion Year 2026–2027, providing an opportunity for the leadership to discuss the strategic priorities for the year ahead. Key discussions focused on membership growth, strengthening humanitarian service initiatives, enhancing leadership development, and expanding the impact of Lions Clubs across Nepal through collaborative efforts and innovative service projects.
Addressing the gathering, International Director Lion Rajan Lamsal encouraged all Lions to work together in advancing the mission of Lions Clubs International by fostering sustainable membership growth and delivering meaningful service to communities. He emphasized the importance of unity, leadership, and dedication in achieving the organization’s goals for the new Lion Year.
As part of the program, International Director Lion Rajan Lamsal also distributed the official International Director pins to Lions leaders, symbolizing appreciation, unity, and a shared commitment to strengthening Lionism throughout Nepal.
The banquet concluded with fellowship, networking, and renewed enthusiasm among the leaders, reinforcing their collective commitment to serving communities with compassion and excellence. The event served as an inspiring beginning to Lion Year 2026–2027, setting a positive direction for continued growth, stronger service, and greater collaboration across Multiple District 325, Nepal.
