The recently concluded 3-Day Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) was a resounding success, bringing together passionate and dedicated Lions from across the region to strengthen leadership skills, foster collaboration, and inspire action. The event, held from 2025, January 3-5 at Hotel Hayatt Regency, Kathmandu, Nepal, provided participants with a dynamic platform to enhance their
understanding of effective leadership, communication, and strategic planning within Lions Clubs International.
The comprehensive program featured engaging workshops, interactive sessions, and insightful presentations by experienced Lions leaders. Participants explored key topics, including public speaking, team building, conflict resolution, and service project management. The collaborative atmosphere encouraged lively discussions and the exchange of innovative ideas for enhancing community service initiatives.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our distinguished facilitators and speakers, whose wisdom and experience provided invaluable guidance. A special thanks to International Director Lion Pankaj Mehta sir and Prof. Dr Ravi Manuja sir and the organizing committee for their meticulous planning and seamless execution.
To the participants: your enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment to personal growth were truly inspiring. You represent the bright future of leadership within Lions Clubs, and we are excited to see the positive impact you will make in your communities and beyond.
